Shipping & Returns

We want ordering from Ironbark Pet Co. to be straightforward. Here’s the short version of how shipping and returns work.

Shipping

Delivery options, charges and any available estimated timeframes are shown at checkout for your address. Tracking is provided where available. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, peak periods and other events outside our reasonable control.

30-day returns

You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery. Reasonable use to assess the product is fine, but the item must not be deliberately damaged, altered or excessively soiled. Change-of-mind return postage is generally your responsibility.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us and we’ll help arrange the appropriate next step. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law continue to apply and are not limited by our 30-day return option.
